Routine Exams

Our Dentists, evaluate patients of all ages, diagnose dental caries and dental abscesses, recognize abnormal pathological conditional through clinical and radiographic examination, chart dental status and develop a treatment plan presented to the patient.

Restorative Dentistry

A dental restoration or dental filling is a dental restorative material used to restore the function, integrity and morphology of a missing tooth structure. The structural loss  results from caries or external trauma. Dental restorations may be fabricated out of a variety of materials including amalgam, glass ionomer cement and composite resins.

Dental Implants

Implant Dentistry is the most advanced therapy to replace teeth, In addition to looking and feeling like natural teeth, dental implants allow you to Improve your smile, Live with confidence, Restore your facial structure, Eat the foods you enjoy, Speak with greater ease, Enjoy an active lifestyle and Restore chewing capacity improving your digestion.

Endodontics (Root Canals)

Endodontic treatment is necessary when the pulp, the soft tissue inside the root canal, becomes inflamed or infected. The inflammation or infection can have a variety of causes: deep decay repeated dental procedures on the tooth or a crack or chip in the tooth. In addition, an injury to a tooth may cause pulp damage even if the tooth has no visible chips or cracks. If pulp inflammation or infection is left untreated, it can cause pain or lead to an abscess.

Orthodontics (Braces)

Orthodontics is a specialty of dentistry that is concerned with the study and treatment of malocclusions (Improper bites), which may be a result of tooth irregularity, disproportionate jaw relationships, or both.
Treatment can focus on dental displacement only, or can deal with the control and modification of facial growth (dentofacial orthopedics). Orthodontic treatment can be carried out for purely aesthetic reasons and it is often prescribed for practical reasons, providing the patient with a functionally improved bite (occlusion).

Odontopediatrics

Taking care of your child's teeth is important because even "baby" teeth help your child chew food and speak clearly. Baby Teeth also hold space so permanent teeth can grow in straight. If you start your child off with good dental habits, your child will find it easier to keep those good habits forever.

Crowns and Bridges

Bridges and crowns are fixed prosthetic devices that are cemented onto existing teeth or implants by a dentist or prosthodontist. Crowns are used most commonly to entirely cover or "cap" a damaged tooth or cover an implant. Bridges are commonly used to cover a space if you’re missing one or more teeth. They are cemented to natural teeth or implants surrounding the space where the tooth once stood.

In addition to strengthening a damaged tooth, bridges and crowns can be used to improve a tooth’s appearance, shape, alignment and dental occlusion (bite). Gaps left by missing teeth can cause the remaining teeth to shift, which can result in a bad bite. Bridges and crowns help prevent this from happening.

Dentures

Dentures are custom-made replacements for missing teeth and can be taken out and put back into your mouth. While dentures take some getting used to, and will never feel exactly the same as natural teeth, today's dentures are natural looking and more comfortable than ever.

Replacing missing teeth will help to improve your appearance and smile. Without support from the denture, facial muscles sag, making a person look older. Dentures can help you eat and speak more comfortably.

"Clean, comfortable clinic. Close to the border, nice area of town. Staff is friendly and thorough. Mr. Ochoa's presence, one of the owners of the practice, was much appreciated as he helped with translations (my Spanish is non-existent); the dental assistant (didn't catch her name) was also very helpful with language differences. I was super impressed with Dr. Montoya who was knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, and efficient. I will certainly return"

"I could not be more pleased than I am with the service I have received here. I will most highly recommend DAS Dental Group to anyone needing dental work. I specifically appreciate the high level of skill and professionalism along with the friendly and calming character of doctors, hygienist and administrator".

"My first appointment and dealings with a dentist south of the border, and I could not have been happier with the experience! Ernesto the shuttle driver/translator was a great guy to talk with, explained everything in detail, and put me at ease right away. DAS arranged for an Uber to pick me up and return me to the office after having an x-ray. I paid $22 dollars for the EXACT SAME X-RAY that cost me $200 DOLLARS in the US 2 months ago! Needless to say, my case is not an easy one, but the estimate I received here is roughly 1/5 of the cost I've gotten in the US"
